Notes
- When the history store is not configured for the account, the endpoint returns `{"success":true,"data":[]}` plus a `meta` object indicating the store is unavailable — those meta keys are platform-managed and not part of the public contract.
- Row column names are defined by the configured history store and may include additional internal fields beyond those shown here.
- `full_config_after` mirrors the live platform configuration at that point in time; its `voice`/`model`/`transcriber` provider-selection sub-keys and internal bookkeeping are platform-managed and excluded from this example.
