Delete credential
DELETE
https://app.sulus.ai/api/tools/credentials/{id}
Delete an owned credential (live platform, then locally)
Authentication
Send a bearer token created on your dashboard's Developer page:
Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_KEY>
Path parameters
id
string
Required
The credential's public id.
Validation:
the credential's public id, owned by the authenticated userErrors
| Status | Meaning | Body |
|---|---|---|
401 |
No authenticated user | {"success":false,"message":"Unauthenticated."} |
404 |
Credential not found, or not owned by the caller | {"success":false,"message":"Credential not found."} |
502 |
Live delete failed — local row is kept | {"success":false,"message":"<cleaned upstream error>"} |
403 |
Feature tools not enabled for the account |
Notes
- Unlike tools, a credential's local row is only removed after the live delete succeeds — a tool still referencing this credential's server.credentialId will start failing its calls.
