Enterprise

Enterprise Plans: Unlimited Scale, Compliance & Support

Overview

Sulus's Enterprise plan is built for production-scale deployments and is negotiated as part of a custom contract, rather than a self-serve tier. It layers unlimited concurrency, reserved capacity, deeper compliance certifications, single sign-on, and dedicated support on top of the self-serve tiers described in Pricing Plans. For day-to-day cost visibility at any plan tier, see Spending Limits & Cost Monitoring — this page focuses specifically on what Enterprise adds, not on usage-based cost tracking.

Concurrency, Capacity & Rate Limits

Enterprise plans include:

  • Unlimited concurrency and higher API rate limits than self-serve tiers
  • Reserved capacity on Sulus's deployment infrastructure, reducing exposure to shared-tier contention during peak load

These are negotiated as part of your specific contract, so exact numbers depend on your organization's needs — talk to your Sulus representative to size this correctly for your expected call volume.

Compliance & Security

Enterprise plans can include:

  • HIPAA BAA (Business Associate Agreement) — see HIPAA & PCI for the underlying compliance configuration this supports
  • SOC 2 (Type II) certification

Both are contract-negotiated additions available at the Enterprise tier; they are not automatically included on Starter, Growth, or Pro plans.

Single Sign-On & Role-Based Access Control

Enterprise plans include Single Sign-On (SSO), letting your team authenticate through your own identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or any other SAML 2.0 or OIDC-compatible provider) instead of managing separate Sulus credentials. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) continues to govern what a signed-in member can actually do, using the same three roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) available on every plan.

For the full walkthrough of enabling SSO, the RBAC role table, and how the two work together, see Team Management & SSO and RBAC Roles & Environment Promotion — this page only calls out that SSO specifically is an Enterprise-tier feature.

Support & SLA Commitments

Enterprise plans include:

  • Hands-on technical support beyond standard ticket-based support
  • A dedicated shared support channel with the Sulus team
  • SLA commitments covering uptime and response times, as defined in your contract

Getting Started with Enterprise

All Enterprise features are available based on your negotiated contract — there is no self-serve toggle for them in the dashboard. To discuss pricing or enable any of the above (unlimited concurrency, HIPAA BAA, SOC 2 Type II, SSO, or SLA commitments), contact your Sulus representative or [email protected].

In summary: Enterprise is the tier to move to once you need guaranteed capacity, deeper compliance certifications, identity-provider-based sign-in, or a contractual SLA — everything else (assistant limits, routing numbers, integrations) scales through the Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers described in Pricing Plans.
